If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund, or exchange the product for another one -- be it similar or not.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders will normally be fulfilled within 3 business days of receipt. An additional 2-7 days are then required for delivery depending on shipping method chosen.

  • Free shipping only applies to Continental U.S.A.
  • Orders will normally be fulfilled within 3 business days of receipt.
  • Once the order is shipped, delivery can take 6-8 business days.
  • Free Shipping does not apply when alternate FedEx delivery methods are selected.
  • Items will not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
  • We reserve the right to change or discontinue free shipping at any time.

You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return, your item must (1) be unused and in the same condition as you received it; (2) be in the original packaging; and (3) be accompanied with the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item, as well as provide you with a status.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Costs on Returns

Customer assumes all costs of shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer.  All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested.  The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.

Warranty Procedure

Repairs to product malfunctions -- or let’s say you caught the item on something and broke it -- will be performed at no extra charge.  You will be notified if the product is not repairable, at which time you may decide on other options upon discussion.

Custom Jewelry FAQ/Policy 

How long will it take for me to receive my customized jewelry?

All custom jewelry order require 15-20 business days of processing time (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS). Processing time will officially start on the BUSINESS DAY after your order is placed. After the order is PROCESSED, it will ship on the next shipping day.

Notice: 15-20 business days is equivalent to 3 to 4 weeks.

How can I get my jewelry sooner than 15-20 days?

We offer a RUSH order option if you would like to receive your order in 7-10 BUSINESS days. RUSH orders are automatically placed at the top of the list, therefore they go through a quicker production time. If you would like to place a RUSH order, please add the option to your cart along with your order. If the RUSH order option is not added to your cart, your order will go through standard processing.

There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS or ORDER CANCELLATIONS on custom pendants.

If an extenuating financial circumstance arises, there will be a 50% RESTOCKING FEE charge in order to process the refund.
